The ring was beautifully made and very reasonably priced, as I had visited several diamond stores and done my homework. “Absolutely amazing experience at Spence Diamonds! My fiancé and I had been looking for engagement rings at many stores. We found the perfect ring at Spence. Diane was (and still is) an exceptional sales associate. Diane walked us through the entire process of diamond grading which was extremely informational. I was able to see my diamond before the ring was made…very exciting! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she loves what she does (and it shows). I look forward to going in to get my ring cleaned because of her! She is organized, has excellent interpersonal/communication skills, and is very welcoming to everyone. I will never shop anywhere else for diamonds as long as she is there! Keep up the great customer service!!”

“For years I’ve avoided Spence Diamonds, because of those horrible commercials, but this past weekend my fiancée and I decided to finally visit the store. To me nothing is more stressful than trying to find a wedding ring especially if you’re on a tight budget and if you’re on a tight time line. My fault, we decided that we’d get married in 3 weeks, but by the time we hit Spence we had two weeks to go. The minute that we walked through the door a gentleman approached us and asked how we were doing and explained how everything worked. He wanted to know what we were looking for and showed us exactly where to look. I wish that I could remember what his name was. He left us for awhile to look through rings, than he had a lady named Stephanie help us. She was awesome. We explained that we were on a very tight budget, but that we were a bit flexible if need be. She was so patient with us and really put me at ease. Not once did we feel like she only cared about making a sale. When we were walking around, the other sales people asked how we were doing and if we had been helped yet. I was so happy that we found the ring that I wanted. They understand that we need the ring by the 14th of December and are doing their best to make that happen, but if for some reason my ring isn’t in by then, they offered a stand in ring for that day. I’ve never heard a jewelry store doing something like that. Spence Diamonds truly is an awesome store. I highly recommend the Langley location. Ask for Stephanie. I can’t wait to get my ring.Thank you again Stephanie for making this experience memorable. I’ve never been happier after leaving a jewelry store.”

“My wife and I were diamond shopping for our 10th wedding anniversary when we walked into Spence diamonds in Edmonton. There we met Johanna (Diamond Consultant) who spent over an hour with us showing and explaining the variables of diamonds. After we agreed on a stone and a setting, she explained the work was done out of province and it would take a set amount of time for the ring to made and returned to the store. Since we were leaving the province around the same time when the rings would return to the store, we discussed the shipment of it in case we had travelled prior to its return. My wife was a little disappointed with the idea of not having it on her finger before we left Edmonton, but accepted the possibility after Johanna said she would do everything in her power to expedite the process. The day before our flight, we learned it still had not arrived so we were resigned to the fact we would have to travel without it and have it shipped.  The next day, as we were waiting for our flight to board, I received a call from Johanna stating the ring had arrived at the store. Looking at my watch, I saw we didn’t have enough time to drive to the store and still catch our flight. Johanna volunteered to try to get it to us in time. As our flight was being called and we were about to get processed through security, Johanna rushed up to bring my wife her ring. Kudos to you Johanna – way above the ‘call of duty’ for sure. My wife was very happy to have her anniversary present and since a ‘happy wife is a happy life’ I was also extremely pleased. Thanks again Johanna, for imparting your valuable knowledge to us and going the extra mile (literally) in customer service for us, you made our anniversary a special one.”
